Steals.com is seeking a versitile, passionate and energetic individual to join our marketing team to lead aggresive growth of our social media channel and support other marketing functions. The Steals.com Marketing Coordinator must be passionate and knowledgeable about baby and women products and excited about trends in the parenting & fashion space. While partnering closely with internal teams to support the Steals.com brand (babysteals.com, kidsteals.com, scrapbooksteals.com, and shesteals.com), our ideal candidate is results driven and ensures a consistent voice across our multiple media platforms.
Write and schedule daily marketing messages to the Steals.com customer
Develop compelling and engaging content for all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc)
Create and own community management strategy on blogs and forums
Manage integrated promotional marketing calendars
Monitor activity and analyze audience growth and the effectiveness of campaigns
Find areas of opportunity for improvement through indepth data analysis
Research target market behaviors on social media, competitors’ presence and other influencers (bloggers and publications)
Work closely with Director or Marketing to discover new marketing opportunities for traffic growth and implement new tools and services as necessary
Support Marketing team as the business dictates including, but not limited to, email, affiliate, paid search, SEO, etc
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Expertise in social media marketing and community content management
Proven community building performance or related PR, communications, or online marketing experience
Engaged in the latest social media trends
Excellent written skills and love for content creation
Proficient in relevant online technology tools and computer applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google applications, Google Analytics, etc
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable in performance measurement and data analysis
Past experience in some/all additional marketing channels (email, affiliates, paid search, SEO, etc)
High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
Benefits and Work Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, in office. Salary depending on experience (Must be located in Salt Lake City, UT and available to work in our corporate office M-F)
