This position gathers product specs and details about individual products and enters them into our system in a creative, fun way that describes the product to our online audience perfectly. This candidate must be energetic, interested in women and children’s fashion and accessories, and obsessed with learning about our customers and improving sales. Must have proven professional oral and written communication skills, be a fast and accurate typer and a guru on the computer.

Responsibilities:

• Gather all assets necessary to merchandise a compelling sales / product detail page for featured products on STEALS.com

• Write creative copy that entices a customer to purchase the product

• Clearly describe all product specifications for various product categories including size charts, materials, country of origin, etc

• Collect, organize, and display content in an appealing way

• Clearly communicate with Merchandising lead to ensure product pages are created meeting STEALS.com brand standards and procedures

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of common search engines and strong online research skills

• Have the ability to adapt to dynamic systems

• Good at taking constructive criticism

• Minimum of 1-2 years in any sales position (retail, customer service, or copy writing experience is preferred but not required)

• Creative writing

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) with proven ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems

• Strong organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines

• Must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment

• Work hard play hard in-office at our Salt Lake City Headquarters

• Full time and Part time available. Starting salary DOE
